Caroline Emma Pope Lead Clinical Pharmacist

Emma, while sounding transatlantic, is an experienced Clinical Pharmacist, having graduated from the University of Bath in 1996. She has worked for local hospitals, community pharmacies, care homes and now with the CCB PCN. She leads the team of Pharmacy professionals advising on many situations involving people and medicines.
Sam Gouldbourn Clinical Pharmacist

Sam is a Clinical Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber who graduated from the University of Bath in 2017. He started his career in community pharmacy before moving to primary care in 2022.
Katie Havard Clinical Pharmacist

Katie is a Clinical Pharmacist who graduated from Cardiff University in 2024. She worked in the RUH in Bath and another local PCN before joining the team in 2025. She is excited to grow with the team and expand her skills further.
Jo Leybourne Senior Pharmacy Technician

Jo is a highly experienced Pharmacy Technician who joined the PCN in 2022. Jo has a strong community pharmacy background after working in this area for over 18 years. Her varied role includes developing processes that help ensure medication safety for patients.

Vicky Stone Pharmacy Technician

Vicky is a newly qualified Pharmacy Technician who joined our team from community pharmacy. Vicky is keen to continue developing her knowledge and skills in a primary care setting.
Harriet Smith Trainee Pharmacist

Harriet has recently completed her pharmacy degree at Bath University and joins the team on a split placement with Chippenham Pharmacy. Harriet will work with the team for the next year as she completes her training.
Laura Quantick Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technician

Laura recently joined the PCN and is now working towards becoming a qualified Pharmacy Technician with the University of East Anglia. Laura’s varied background includes community pharmacy, GP practice and dispensing doctors.
Ste Langford Prescription Coordinator

Ste joined the PCN team in September 2025, bringing with him valuable experience from both mental health services and GP practice settings. In his current role, he focuses on supporting efficient prescription processes within our surgeries, while continuing to expand his knowledge and skills within primary care.
